Omen of famine, when I cast it I steal 40% of damage as health, that is a self heal, but when he is summoned The Ghoul heals me for 35% of my AD on attack. I can't determine if the heal on attack is considered a self heal. Does the Ravenous Ghoul benefit from Spirit Visage?
