Surrender votes, grey votes problem.

I'll get right to the point, those grey votes for surrendering should automatically default to 'YES' . It's a long hard match and your losing, you want it to end, not waste 10 to 20 more minutes of your time, but you have to have 4/5 vote yes. Currently people who chose not to vote, are voting no. but is that correct? if they seriously were determined to keep playing, they'd take the effort to click no. or in some cases the people have bad connections, or are AFK, or are just really not paying much attention to the game. So those grey votes, what do they actually represent? Grey votes need to default to a yes for surrendering, for the sake of those who care about playing the game and want to play another match already, not be forced to endure that 10-20 minutes of pointless pain.
