I was able to auto attack the nexus as Valor, but I got the harrier proc sound effect and auto attack visual.

Valor can auto attack the Nexus, but if Quinn procs a Harrier mark right before using Tag Team, Valor will shoot bolts at any Nexus/inhibitors he strikes at rather than use his own auto attack animation.

yeah i played a game a while ago and he just stood in front of the nexus so the rest of my team had to kill it.

Curious. Maybe they didnt want Quinn to be able to fly past the other team as Valor and destroy the nexus by her.... himself? Although that theory is somewhat weak, considering she can just Skystrike to return as Quinn.

if you mean the passive that's because it doesn't work on structures

if you mean the ult then it's bugged idk

That one makes sense though because it's not HIS AA that is hitting it, he's trying to hit it with a spell.

I've had inhibitors go untargetable on me it's a temporary bug that I've seen only a couple times out of thousands

Yup Quinn still has tons of glitches and bugs after the supposed "bug fix" patch and all this time Still has lane identity issues and the "Kamikaze" playstyle that I'm pretty sure Riot doesn't want to promote

You know I actually kinda hate how Riot works sometimes... they're like "OH we add all this stuff to balance game" and talk about it and show it so much in patch videos and the "clarity" stuff. But they NEVER fix the things that people talk about, unless it is seen in LCS or some pro talks about it...
