Please look into it, especially champs that rush duskblade. Bonus damage on first hit, takes you to 50% bonus damage from rune. On things like MF and Zed its absolute cancer. Its literally just "more damage" at this point. Taking someone below 50% should not be a win condition.
Yep its what was seen on the PBE too but Riot does not care what we think.
You had it in ARAM yet? It's ridiculous. I had a Pyke earlier getting the reset off from his ult. The takedown needs removing and stacks halving in all modes honestly.
false electro is better for lane 100% btw DH base dmg and scalling already got nerffed btw its not good on zed you cant stack it as much as other champs u r useless till lvl 4 then if the enemy took armor from runes or build defensive u r done you can only play electro on zed just look at the only zed main in a top tier server (laceration) he tested DH and he said it doesnt work on zed
