Recall Animations on ARAM

Current standards essentially have every new champion or every new skin have some type of special backing animation. Well unfortunately since you can't recall on the howling abyss one never gets to see them there. Think Riot can implement some way to make recall act like just an emote, like taunt or joke, so we can see the animation?

Kinda threw this into this board for Gameplay? Not sure what would be correct there, haha.
