Bots driving me crazy

Seems like every lunch when I jump on for two quick games, I get stuck with a scrubbot 9000 who throws the match. If I abandon the game at selection because of their obvious spell selection and refusal to talk, I get punished 5 mins for not wasting 30 minutes of my time.

You really need to get a handle on this, because these bots are destroying your product. I've dramatically dropped my playtime because there are so many of them. At least allow players to mark others as bots at the end and throw players averaging over x reports per game for manual review / ban.

Your community would police bots for you if you would only let them.
