Akali has clear defined strengths and weaknesses, just like Annie - **hell - I'd say Annie is in a better state currently. **
- If she gets remotely fed, stay the HECK away from her, or you'll feed her the game. Most people at Bronze to Gold ELO do not think this is possible. **Again, if you think there is no counterplay to a fed assassin, you are technically right, she will dominate and win every SINGLE teamfight - But your definition of counterplay is simple minded. There are OTHER WAYS to control a fed opponent. ** Here is some free advice!
1.) Stay OUT of the jungle unless you know where she is. Keep to your lane and STOP her from pushing. The losing side generally wins in stalemates - so this is to your benefit. Understand she can dash and has a flash - be ready to counter with yours.
2.) Akali is weak to harass and wave clear - She can't really control the pacing of the lane, Nor can she put up with STRONG harass unless she ruins her build with defensive items (pro-tip: She wont)
3.) She is weak to CC - just like every assassin in the game. Remember to control her so she can't stomp people in the mid game.
4.) Remember that Assassins tend to fall off late game, as CS and gold values tend to equalize, you can start being a bit more riskier.
5.) Nothing will stop an assassin that goes 6/0/2 from CARRYING a game. It is way to late at that point, and whoever fed her made enough mistakes to lose the game - This is a design choice; it's called slippery slope.
