Offline Training Mode & Bots
Is there any way we can have/play a offline training mode and AI bots in LOL? Just for some people that can still play without needing Internet access?

Totally impossible, it would require riot to let people run a server, which would mean a powerful computer, lots of changes to the game code, and exposing thr server code to hack/cheat developers.
