...can he have his base stats back?

Base health reduced to 450 from 463. Health per level reduced to 85 from 98. Arrmor per level reduced to 3 from 3.5.
He lost 300 hp overall and 100 hp at level 6 which turned his already weak laning into trash. Now its fine that a strong lategame champion suffers in lane and can be denied farm but this doesn't hold true anymore...Jax is far from having the godlike lategame he used to have, even when fed he gets kited very easily and is useless in teamfights. So I suggest we buff his laning a little bit (so atleast he doesn't always fall behind by default) by giving him good base stats again.
