Has Kalista been forgotten?
She seems awfully out of meta at the moment. Sure, i didnt like Kalista at her height of power either, but now i rarely see her played at all (As Rare as Urgot and old Yorick) and her winning is rarer than that...

Oh i hope so. Her kit is definitely in the top 5 most toxic kits list. Off the top of my head, Only Urgot and maybe Eve have more toxic kits then she does
Rightfully so. She should be kept unviable until she is reworked just like old Poppy/Yorick. Her kit is just as cancerous.
I think that's on account of her mess of a kit. She's in dire need of a rework.. but other champions are ahead of her is my guess.
A lot of champions have been. I swear Riot just needs an employee for each champion, who all commune in a central chamber to discuss changes and items.
Yes, people are really upset when someone masters a champion and wins games with them, despite the fact that in the lowest levels of play, which is where all the players are she had 50% or less winrate always, she is olaf'd because stixxay and aphromoo have to keep fucking playing kalista alistar bot lane and winning games.

kalista is still broken in lane but outside of lane she falls off extreeeeeemly hard
Her autos do 90% ad... She doesnt even build crit or armor pen so... To put it in perspective jinxs rockets do 110% AD and she builds crit So you can imagine the damage difference.
