creating a lane solely for the purpose of gaining exp and not considering synergy and kill potential/strengths is kind of cheeky and not really advised in any situation. I am on the fence of believing mordekaiser will never ever go bot lane like Riot is intending him to go with his unique kit. It also will not encourage a duo top meta either. an ADC can't really go solo mid or top unless its corki or ezreal and even then its not ideal because you are sacrifcing a true ap carry. no idea what they are thinking with the exp thing. personally I like the idea of being a curse machine that can control things after they die. Maybe expand his ability to ghost things other than champs and dragon? if he could ghost jungle camps as well that would be nifty. It would give him an identity of being a ghoster kind of guy.

Think about the harrass- Go in with time warp, bomb + E dmg + W dmg + W heal and retreat. You'll hit level 6 way before them (cuz your still morde and still farm like a boss), most likely resulting in a double kill. The synergy is sure there, but i do agree with you on him not needing to duo. He should be able to cast his W on himself , but perhaps give it weaker damage and heal than if cast on an ally.
