Bad Teammates

Currently, i'm sitting at Silver 4, i want to reach Gold 5 this season and iam trying my hardest to win as many games as i can, BUT, there's this little problem. I just keep getting teammates that usually feed one champ that carries the game and i can't do anything about it. Every single ranked game, i keep getting these teammates and i just keep losing sometimes going on a losing streak. If i'm super lucky i'll get a dream team i can win with but that's something else. Most of my games, i win my own lane and after i take tower i decide to snowball and help the other lanes to push aswell. My KDA isn't the worst often i find myself doing really well and when i don't (I'm not saying each game is being played perfectly, i don't want to act like i'm without any mistakes or weaknesses.) i try to get back into the game somehow through farming and generally helping out the team. Yesterday i was doing my promos for S4, guess what, i lost both games. Just so you understand how UNLUCKY iam listen to this. That first game i got a Gnar vs Singed top, i'm an adc main. The Singed was pretty much 0/6 by the end of the game and the Gnar 10/0, their whole team was pretty fed so they won. The second game i got a Gnar on top so i thought he would do well, guess what, 2/9 Gnar by the end of the game feeding his butt off on top. No matter what champs i get picked in my team (Yasuo, Gnar, Talon, Nasus, Jax, Master Yi.) they will be always worse than those im matched up against. I know this discussion has been discussed before but it's super frustrating when sometimes you do really well and just because your team decides to do dumb decisions you will lose. I guess this is why it is so hard to get out of Silver. I will still try to get the Gold i'm dreaming of but i'm slowly losing hope...

My games today have been that way too, OMG shitty kind of teammates. in one of my games I have placed more wards than the combined total of ALL other players in ALL other games (slight exaggeration but not by much), only one teammate in 5 games played in a way that showed he had any comprehension of what the little square window on the bottom right was for AND HE WENT AFK... FYI; Rito has a "fu ck this guy" lists, and this is one of the signs you are on it. Also if your abilities won't go off despite clicking them 3 to 12 times, you get lag spikes despite no drop in fps or raise in ping, you are always matched with losers/trolls/afker's, and if you look at the match and see the enemies team average is always higher by a rank or two. It's funny too because the fanboys will justify all of it somehow and usually say something like "well if you are good enough you can carry (yea...carry 1v9.. sure), or it isn't a substantial difference (though have one level 1 rune and they'd harass the sh it out of you then report you because .6 is HUUUUUGE, but 2 full ranks isn't much... not sure if they are stupid or hypocrites.)

I think there are bad players in every game...sometimes you get them, sometimes the enemy does. I, too, have had some bad games of late, but then just a few days ago, i won 4 in a row and like 6 of 7. So, it goes both ways...usually.

As a former 1k Silver Games player, I totally get where you're coming from, as I felt that too a year and a half ago.

Over the past two years, I've found that it's not really as to whether or not if you can win lane, lose lane or go even, whatever the case. It's more or less about controlling objectives and closing out games efficiently. In Silver, it's actually not that hard to exploit a mistake made by the enemy team by yourself. And whether you can quickly, and accurately identify these errors (overextending, lane positioning etc.) is relative to your skill as a player.

My last couple games my team threw because they don't know how to play lol. Grant it I pick fill but that matters little . Like my team is all bot lane for some reason maybe 9 min into the game meanwhile the enemy team is just pushing other lanes and such

You dont understand how bad the matchmaking is in this game, the fact that somedays i get good team after good team and other days its just straight trash, the worst part about it is that your own teamates that are feeding start blaming you when you flame them and tell them how bad they are. i dont get how to climb when i have no jungle as hes off doing nothing but feeding the other jungle. this game needs a better matchmaking sytem.
