Jarvan combo when snared
I've recently noticed that Jarvan can use his E Q combo when snared. I think this makes no sense because snare prevents every mouvement spells except this one. Is it a bug or is this an intended J4 mechanic ?

jarvan is allowed to dash while snared because both his e and q are usable while snared due to not being any kind of dash normally.
: Nerfs don't apply to LCS Big plays champions.
Neither ability is a movement ability when taken individually, so snares don't block them.
It's an intended mechanic, since he's had it ever since his release and Riot has not stated any intention to remove it.
Recognized by Riot and they don't think they should fix it
