Skills for Change of Miss Fortune

very powerful champion.. but This shift is not a good idea skill than strength than her. So I think, I think I want the following changes in her skills.

Passive -> Please change is disabled so that only passive by champion's attack. W -> When activated this skill, Please do not turn off the passive effect of a few seconds. Please return the healing decreases.(ex. mf facilitate kill this champion. ..) R-> Please change is Ult's coefficient is Ap->AD
