Match ups

Hello Riot Games.

My name is Nicolas,i need to say this..

We are a few people that in actually every game we have really bad and negative people that their holding us back from winning or carrying a game. In Silver Division which i am right now i cannot play because people there speaks really bad and offending me or the other mates because we picked Yasuo or whatever.

How am i supposed to keep calm and carry on ? I am not a god,i am an excellent person and in EVERY game i am the one who's trying to give a hope to chill them up,but who cares for me Riot ? Who really cares about giving to me better players and better persons to play with ?

I may be a good person with a great heart but you're not helping me have courage to carry on,you know what my only courage at this game is ? " Legends Never Die ".

I do not deserve this bad players at Silver Division because even if i have a bad game i will win,even if i mute everyone and i cannot speak like an animal i will win,but how am i supposed to know that you care about me Riot while giving me this guys to play with ?

That actually making me feeling really down...i am pretty bad disappointed and that's your fault..

I'm giving my soul at this game and i'm taking back a huge nothing...

My family trying to get me out of my PC because i spend too much hours in League of legends but instead i'm here and trying to make my history alone with a company who says " Riot is here to help you " but Riot is not here,you actually responding to people after days or hours and you let them down,you even made bots for reports,i don't give a damn nothing about Reports...none deserve a Report,they need good people with them to show the way up.

But i will give a damn about how you treating me,i'm giving everything on this game and taking back nothing.

I do not really care about other's opinion and i am sorry because even if you agreed or not you possibly can't do something to change the game or the match ups.

If you do not believe me Riot about Silver Division or lower division's from Silver,make your people play the game and see by yourselves that you should fix the match ups.
