Remove the cap on critical strike chance for that 8% bonus damage, would also help characters like Kindred and Caitlyn.

Or just make a 20% critical strike chance item that uses zeal. Either one would make the ADC experience a little more bearable. knowing that you just get 1 shot by literally anyone and anything.

They already tried making the zeal items give less crit and cost less gold, idk why they scrapped it though, I don't recall and explanation
