I think it was your CS that hurt you the most. 132 CS in a 31 minute game is rather low and you only placed 6 wards over the course of 30 minutes.

The system also compares you to other people who have played the same champion I read, so there is a chance that others have outperformed you, but I am not too sure.

I've gone 13-0-5 with 160 CS in a 22 minute game and gotten an A-. It happens all the time. Want S's? Ward more, CS more, take objectives more.
