I rarely bother to post like this, so please consider me being very serious,
tl;dr It is unhealthy for him to be able to stealth within 1 second, even if damage has been dealt to him. His champion.gg win rate over game lengths are,
0-25 mins: 54.2% 25-30: 53.3% 30-35: 54% 35-40: 54% 40+: 54%
This is mainly thanks to the Fade time reduced to 1 second from 1.5 or 4.5 seconds based on damage taken. change, that makes him incredibly difficult to gank or just get close too. Hence, he cannot be shut down by non-direct laners - which is ridiculous since he is a hypercarry that can easily snowball out of control.
I understand that unlike Vayne he can still be seen via Control Wards and things of that nature when stealthed, but we all know this sort of thing doesn't get done by most of the community, and it's even worse the lower you go (90%+ of the community is below platinum).
This has made him incredibly safe and consistent for most cases. If a jungler ganks without a control ward, and somehow doesn't get close too and burst down the rat within 1 second (which is incredibly difficult for lower damage junglers), he will likely escape at worst blowing a flash.
He has become ridiculously safe and un-shutdownable.
For an adc that scales like a beast, this is ridiculous. Even Vayne has a relatively low win rate early, due to being relatively gankable pre-6.
Vayne is popular in the community because certain streamers and pros represent her, while Twitch has nobody like that - hence he commonly falls under the radar.
I am worried this toxic 1 second fade-time mechanic is going to remain for many patches thanks to this.
