Why do I get punished for winning games

Why after winning a few games in a row do I get the mid 1-10 Veigar who dies solo 5 times and the top Quinn that dies to literally every gank.

I've noticed this happens all the time after a win streak. It honestly feels like I'm getting put in games that are literally impossible to win.

that's how the game works every time u go in a game there is a 50% chance u win, because every player contributes with 10% so if u play of a 11% u will win more games, but if ur team mates play of 5% then it doesn't really matter
