Best Champion
I have been playing league of legends for almost a month and I was wondering that who is the best champion in it on the basis of:: ability, attack damage etc

It really changes based on stats and the summoner's playstyle. Like I love playing jinx, cause I love her madcap take on adc gameplay, but yasuo is terrible for me.

There is no best champ. If you really wanted to, you could look up the win-rates and see who has the highest for that patch, although i wouldn't recommend that. Playing the flavor of the month champ can get pretty annoying.
The best thing to do is to pick a champ that you like. Through them, you can find other champs that you like.
what ever champion you enjoy even if they have a real low win rate if you know what u are doing very well and know your limits you can be the one trick boy that climbs with a urgot support just gotta know what your doing,
me personally i love 
, not only can i eat people to bring them "closer to the enemy" or actually save them but I like being a huge blob being focused while doing the damage and peeling :P
