How many of you guys have been one shot by Zoe? That's right all of you. Right now, Riot doesn't seem where to nerf Zoe to make her (OMG MUST BAN, WHY DID RIOT RELEASE THIS CHAMPION AT ALL) status. A good solution. Her E (Sleep thing) doesn't deal bonus damage. Just make sleep a status effect where it can be broke by attacking. Simple and easy. 
Stop making bot Zoe posts without even knowing her current state.
And no. I've never been 1 shot by Zoe. I've lost one game vs her, total, and she did a lot more than E > Q. She had wards set up around terrain where she should have been blind to me, and proceeded to Q back, auto me from auto range, recast q, auto again, and proc lich bane.
If you get one shot, you don't know how to play as well as you think you do.
in reality zoe is very immobile and easy to lock down because she has no actual dash or escape, she is a fairly balanced champ
No, removing the extra damage from her E is not the way to go. Letting people cleanse and even QSS to get out of being stunned is a good alternative.
She only has Q as her damaging ability. Her E and R are meant to give her as much damage as possible when executed properly
