input buffering is inconsistent with zed shadows

if you buffer point and click inputs then use the second part of w into range of the target (ex. have a pre-placed w shadow near someone, cast r / ignite out of range then use the 2nd part of w to get into range) it will cast the spell immediately much like input buffering with flash

HOWEVER, this is inconsistent with zed's r shadow, which will not buffer point and click inputs like ignite if you r into range
