Can we talk about Kayle for a sec, Rito?

Okay, so I heard about this beast the other day, but until now, I hadn't seen it with my own two eyes or experienced the fear of looking into the black hole that lies behind her helmet. Kayle. The ONE champion that could replace Teemo as the devil in my book. I was playing Fizz mid and found that I'd be going against a Kayle. Little did I know that Kayle's E, that ranged splash attack, not only has a low enough cooldown that I get completely zoned out of lane, but also synergizes with Runaan's Hurricane. If this wasn't enough, this Kayle proceeded to build FQC, Nashor's, Rageblade, (oh, rage I did...) Trinity Force, BoRK, and Wit's End. Thus, she attacked with the speed and damage of a god not even multiple Frozen hearts or Randuin's could stop. Thus, we kept getting deleted almost no matter what we did. Because of her kit--a ranged slow, a heal/movement speed buff, the ranged splash effect, and 2-3 secs of invulnerability--neither I nor the rest of my team had any way to counterplay against her. I know there are always champions that benefit from certain patches, but this is a bit much...

Tl;dr: Rito, PLEASE NERF KAYLE!!!! D: (Or at least give her some counterplay!!)
