when will teemo see an update he is now shut down 99% of the time as a teemo main i would like to know this

it is teemo's birthday today,maybe they'll announce that they'll be planning something that is actually meta changing. Like buffing teemo so he can be part of the meta,or making his omega scout skin his base skin since the play rate with it is so high. The best riot could do if they actually want the best for teemo would be to give teemo either a buff or a rework for his kit entirly. Like his shrooms no longer do damage,just a slow and stun.
