So the PBE is dying.

I was getting on PBE just to try out new Shaco and play some URF but I went into the URF match and EVERYONE was saying including me that we had 13000+ ping and we couldn't play the game. So eventually at about 9 mins most of us just left and the game just stopped? So I thought that was weird and went into the practice tool just to test Shaco's rework and as the picture shows I still had over 13000 ping and I'm just wondering if this'll be fixed soon?
