Make IE's 25% crit chance a unique so people cant just stack the item, namely Jhin, and be able to hit harder than assassians for no reason.

The flat AD he gains from his passive trades off another item's passive (rapid fire's range, mana and CDR from essence, shield from PD, QSS, GA, Shiv's wave clear, Armor Pen.). if he goes it he's just tradeoff.

I dont see a reason, given the damage passive is unique. There are times where i just want more AD and crit, such as varus on aram where i am playing Q spam and just want AD for that, but auto once or twice every now and then so dont really need AS but more crit is nice.

It's expensive and the 225% crit damage bonus is exclusive, so champs who do such lose out on other effects, like energize and mana refunds.

The only similarity here is that they both reload. Jhin doesn't gain attack speed, just AD, and that's the only reason he can afford multiple IEs.

Might still have oneshot potential though, that would probably be funny

Graves gets much less attack speed and has more potential burst on each auto.
