Why is it that when i play ranked games my team and the enemy team almost always have under 250 normal wins. I'm the only one that's ever over 1k wins. However, when i go into normal games, the players i'm matched up with range from gold-diamond, with around 1k+ wins each. I'm just curious why i don't get placed with players like my normal games. (Was also silver II in season 2 and haven't played ranked since btw.)
ZACKandATTACK1 votesNormal and ranked have different MMR systems. Someone could have Diamond normal MMR, but be unranked.

Goumindong1 votesNope. No ranked game will effect your normal mmr and no normal game your ranked MMR. Most of the those diamonds you see mainly play ranked, and their normal wins are from previous seasons. For instance I have 492 normal wins but have played maybe 30 normal games this year(a high estimate, i have 75 ranked games or so). My normal MMR is likely not that close to my ranked MMR simply because the bulk of the games i play now are ranked
