Matchmaking

I am upset with the matchmaking lately. It seems in normal games teams are always mismatched. Either one side has higher ranked players or one side has summoners under level 30. Just got out of a game where the other team was all gold with 1 plat and my team had a level 26 and 24. I am ok with going against higher ranked player but i do not believe it beneficial to match such a difference in skill.
