@ Riot, Honor system vs leaver buster

So recently I have not had the best internet connection. A long while before I recall looking at rito facts about what to do about lag. Basically the FAQ said good luck, we cant do anything to help, and try to test your connection before you play. For the longest time I have been playing bots/customs to check my ping before playing normals. Sometimes my ping is stable and then in the very next normal game it spikes and I disconnect. I even make sure to play fast champions to test the connection. I have been punished a lot for my internet and riot servers not playing nice together. However in some games even WITH disconnecting and lag I still get honored. I would really like to see the honor system perhaps balance the leaverbuster depending upon which honor is given and the amount received. If the honor system can tell the difference between your friends honoring you and random people then surely it can tell if your friends are honoring you to reduce your punishments or leaver level. I have a lot of heat on me right now yet the only intentional leaving I have done is once in the past week and not at all for months before. (Someone took a much needed corki from me and TB was taking too long w/ premade support). Id like to see a 0.25 loss in leaver level for every honor given from enemies and maybe 0.15 from allies. Given about 4 honors then someone should lose one level of heat. Being punished after spending 30 minutes desperately trying to reconnect to your game because your internet threw a hissy fit isn't very fair. If you can't reduce the leaverbuster's leaver levels on a case by case basis than at least give good sportsmanlike team members a chance to fight against punishment for something they cannot quite control.
