Someone tell me if this build is good

I came up with a Twitch build, so here it is:

Items: Stalker's Blade (Cinderhulk) Ninja Tabai The Bloodthirstier Spirit Visage Ruaan's Hurricane

Spells: Smite Ghost

Is this good? thanks!

I'm not convinced. Maybe give us an explanation of why you would do this instead of a "normal" Twitch build?

Taking an item with the Immolate Unique passive is not worthwhile on a ranged character. The range is 325, so it only helps you if you get in close range which you shouldn't be doing in the first place.
