How to balance ekko.

Remove ekko's R healing, but compensate this by allowing his r to reposition him to the center on any W zone that is up when he pressed. Ekko's relatively low CDR long range double gap closer e(that both can wall hop) gives him too much outplay potential while significantly removing the opportunities to win trades/chase/disengage against him. Removing ekko's R healing, will allow counterplay against ekko bc he cant kill 1-2 enemy squishies 1 v 5 and then reposition into a w shield+get back to full hp/ just healing back up and repositioning away without w(if he used w to cathch the squishies). Removing the r healing but allowing it to reposition him to his w's is a QOL buff, but makes ekko more thoughfull because they will have to be more thoughtfull on W and R usage(and his plays are more readable because ekko will be more dependant on W and R combo). While completely removing the healing on his r that he really doesnt need. Ekko in lane is decent, but ekko in the jungle completly ignores lane weaknesses and has op ganks, allowing him to scale to hard with his op. He is too low risk and too high reward.
