A possible way to nerf Korean build Lucian

Since one of his core items is Black Cleaver, why dont we make it melee only (or less than 500 for the few urgot mains out there that build BC). Another way is to make Yoummus active half as effective on ranged champs since the standard ad carry build doesnt include it.

P.S. I dont have anything against Lucian, I made this because a lot of of people wanted to nerf Lucian and I want to give them Ideas. I don't care if this post gets downvoted to oblivion, I just wanted to help people.
