Game keeps "attempting to reconnect" with low ms and high fps

For the first 15 mins or so of the game i would constantly get the "attempting to reconnect" message. This happens during the worst times and results in me loosing lane and feeding without me being able to do anything about it. The game keeps doing this no matter what i try to do.

It is not hardware issues nor has it got anything to do with my connection as it is 100% fine everytime this happens. This is really frustrating as i cannot climb in my ranked games what so ever because your game is broken. I have a friend who has been experiencing the same problem and has decided to stop playing league because there is simply nothing you can do to fix the problem.

We have both tried the hextech repair tool but still no luck.

PLEASE!!!!!! is there anyone who can give me advice on how to fix this!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!?????????
