Please ban these players from our community, he is a rude troll who talk talk all game and quit

I recently played Nidalee with my friends and we met a rude troller (poppy) who trash talked us during the picking. I remember he said" you guys better dodge or I will feed...Ok, I ll feed." After the game started, he trash talked again and we muted him. At about 25 mins, he quitted the game, so we had to play 4v5 even though THE FIZZ in another team was keep saying "EZ, such an easy game, ez win!". After about 30 minutes of 4v5, poppy came back and kept saying: "thanks god you guys lost, you guys don't deserve to win." I really don't understand!! I tried so hard to play 4v5 without the trash talking poppy, but why he is still continuing play this game. His existence should not be allowed. Thinking from the justice of leagues, I hope Riot can help to ban poppy(J0llymangina) and Fizz(Blackulon) from our community. Thank you ShaofAnger
