Fix ranked

I am tired of losing points in ranked play to crappy team members. My last game we had someone rage quit, how is that far to me or anyone on our team to play when someone rage quits? It was past the remake marker so we could not do that. Also, it is really starting to irritate me that I keep getting demoted in ranked play. Most of the time I am the only one on my team that is doing anything, most of my team feeds all the time. And yet no matter how good I do, we end up still losing. Which makes me lose points and then eventually I get demoted. I wish riot would fix ranked play, I understand league is a team based game. But its not fair to only judge your standing in ranked by how many wins you have acquired. I think it needs to be based on the stats you post during your ranked play. I just keep getting put on horrible teams and I keep losing because of it. I'm at the point where I don't even want to play anymore. I mean what is the point, if I do good and my team sucks and we still lose, then why keep playing? It's ridiculous and riot needs to tweak how ranked players are scored and elevated during game play.
