I only get 16-18lp while op.gg says i am at higher mmr than my division

You've probably hit a peak. Sometimes your LP gain will stabilize to a lower amount along with your LP loss. This is to prevent you from falling back down. I've only ever had this happen to me once though. Had 8-10 LP per win and 5-6 LP per loss. Just win more and you'll eventually go back up to +20-30 again.

if u check my op.gg u will see that i have a higher winrate the last 2-3 days(onetricking cass), still my lp gain is low.

Just now checked your OPGG and you're at a 46% win rate. You're just climbing faster than usual. If you're losing less than you gain in terms of LP the system is just preventing you from falling. If you're losing more than you're gaining then the system thinks you're not at the correct spot (you're not good enough in your current spot).

well, thats true, for now, i am getting 19 and losing same, so i think my mmr is now balanced. Thank u for the information
