Coz im diamond so i cant play smurf?

just have a question, why peopel report me as smurf when i played good on my smurf at low elo rank, i just want my another account asap get on plat, so over 10 wins streak is the issue for report? im not booster and im not having fun in low elo rank, just want my account to plat is that my fault?
