Ranked is starting to get nearly impossible to win

I don't know riot, this season I personally feel like ranked solo/duo is unplayable, I don't know what you did with the ranked system but it's not working properly. I feel like EUNE is the worst region out there, until Silver II the teams were always balanced and there was no shame or rage to lose the game, the games were fun, but when I reached Silver II, I started getting guys like this, I don't know how to name them (Trolls, AFK's, 'smurfs', new players, and players who don't belong to this rank). i feel u that is why i dont look up my team no more.. so depressing. like if you have 0 games played put them in b5 que.. they will eventually move up out of bronze.. but the reason they are in silver que cause if i remember right most placements are started at g5 lvl then every time u lose u lose tier in placements.. had a friend place g2 .. he had never played rank and only played morg support. i watched all his games and he was so bad i wanted to uninstall after seeing how ez he got carried to g2.

currently the game is quite violent due to all the gold income people are trying to get off the board.. FB - first tower.. So your adc lets say gets both of those he basically banked an item up from their adc and possibly 1lvl if not 2.. they rotate mid and push in and win game..
