Do Champion AOE spells increase with champ size?

If a champion has a spell that makes them bigger and also has a spell that does damage in an area around them does the AOE get bigger? For example does Renekton's q AOE get bigger when he ults? Also, does it get even bigger if another effect makes them bigger? EG: Lulu ult or sterak's gage.

Depends on how they're calculated. But for Ren's Q, yes.

Ability areas only get bigger if the effect says they get bigger during a specific transformation in their kit. For instance, Cho'gath's E has a wider hitbox when he grows. However, if Xerath purchases an elixir of iron, his Q and W do not increase in size.
