Creeping Death BONUS ARMOR & MAGIC RESIST: 10 / 15 / 20 / 25 / 30 MAGIC DAMAGE PER SECOND: 20 / 32 / 44 / 56 / 68 (+ 15% AP) MAXIMUM MAGIC DAMAGE: 150 / 192 / 264 / 336 / 408 (+ 90% AP)

ACTIVE: Mordekaiser unleashes a protective cloud of metal shards to surround an ally for 6 seconds, increasing their armor and magic resistance and dealing magic damage each second to enemies within 250 units range.

If cast on an ally, Mordekaiser also gains the effect of Creeping Death and both gain a flat +60 bonus movement speed when moving towards each other. If Mordekaiser targets himself, Creeping Death will try to target the nearest ally champion.

Part 2

Reduce Armor & Magic Resist: 2%/4%/6%/8%/10% MAGIC DAMAGE PER SECOND: 20 / 32 / 44 / 56 / 68 (+ 15% AP) MAXIMUM MAGIC DAMAGE: 150 / 192 / 264 / 336 / 408 (+ 90% AP) Active: Mordekaiser unleash a cloud of metal shard to surround an enemy for 6 reducing their armor and magic resist, dealing magic damage each second to enemies withing 250 unit range.

If cast on an enemy, Mordekaiser gain a flat +60 bonus movement speed when moving towards an enemy with Creeping Death.

This should help Mordekaiser close in the gap of his enemy and split them apart in team fight. Since enemy team mate have to avoid contact from Creeping Death DOT. As a Mord player, we all know he lack cc, but at least let the man do one thing he good at HARASS his enemy. Making this a 2 part skill should help him get his shine in the spot light back.

That's way too broken. And it wouldn't go along with his kit (which is very meh already), as he's suppose to be a bit tanky now, not just some dude that sends Space Aids for the kills.

Edit: those stats are insanely broken as well.

If Creeping Death deals damage to the champion it's on, this is beyond broken. Two targetted, manaless nukes that also gives Mordekaiser a shield because of his passive basically prevents his opponents from actually trading with Morde. He will either be such a strong pick that he pushes most other mid laners out of viability or would have to be nerfed so hard that it makes his "DFG Compensation" look like a love tap by comparison.

If Creeping Death doesn't deal damage the the champion it's on, I still don't think it would be acceptable because of the lack of clarity in the ability. If you see this ability coming on you, and you see that it doesn't deal damage, you would likely think that it just does nothing, when in reality it reduces your armor and magic resistance and increases Mordekaiser's movement speed as he moves towards you. There isn't a whole lot of clarity for Morde's opponents, and that needs to be addressed.

This also removes some of the interesting, but niche, plays that come out of having the magnet mechanic and the ability to cast this on allies.
