Is Platinum bad division??

Hello everyone Im Platinum player. In my opinion players from plat V TO II arent that good.Im not pro i belong to same shit* but i think its bad.Every division has bad and good players but here there is less good players.I passed sivle,gold and plat and i must say that i have never seen this rage earlier.I think lower plat players are just gold who passed it by the time and now they think they are rly good.I just want to get advice from higher ello players.
