Reworking teemo

Teemo, while being really fun needs a slight re-work. Something like his E going to his passive, and giving him better mobility. Also, I like his shrooms, but I'm fine with them being reworked a bit too. As a slight Teemo main, he has gotten very stale and needs change. Like I said before, his E needs to be moved to his passive. Having 2 passives is a fairly normal thing right now in League, and it will free up a ability and give Teemo more character. I think that riot could think of a new ability for his E slot, and make it true to his character. Riot should also give him better mobility because, in a game where everyone has a dash, his W is fairly useless. They should keep the movement speed passive of his W, but make the active some sort of dash. In conclusion, Riot should just fix Teemo and make him a lot more fun to play.
