honestly it sounds stupid but right now i'm tired of getting tower dived in bot lane at full health.

I made a post similar to this. Here's my thinking:

  1. You'd always know how much damage the towers are going to do. This provides more clarity on diving, while also buffing them.
  2. This makes it so tanks can't completely ignore them lategame. Yes, having a tank will still be a benefit as they can tank them -longer-, but they can't dance under a tower from full to dead.

well..the problem with that is that taks have to be able to - tank them later on in the game, or they will become unviable. Truedmg would just lead to massive health-stacking then (though as worthless as armor is right now it probably woudln´t chance much).

for me personally i would rather have them stack attack-speed when attacking Champions and when they reach x stacks get AoE-dmg on top. So you still can get away with really good executed dives, but mistakes will get punished more often and harder.

I think you need to expand on this idea a bit. Odds are that if riot made them do true damage they would also lower the AD of the tower.

They just need to do more damage. It doesn't have to be true damage. Technically they deal true damage anyways (Armor Penetration basically converts a % of your damage to True)

If towers dealt true damage.

A) Resistances become even crappier than before. B) Health stacking becomes the standard C) Towers either deal insane damage and 2 shot squishies, OR Mundo truly doesn't care about them.

Towers are fine on the damage side. Main issue with them is being a bit squishy with how much better AD's got at sieging, and the raw increase in damage across the rift for pushing.

this doesnt make sense to me that much since if they do, the towers also do more damage as each consecutive shot lands

as if thats not enough, imagine the impact on assassins who like to dive

if they just take 2 tower shots its probably enough to take a good half of their health out

... :/

I hate to say it, but I think Riot would probably just balance it so in the end, nothing ever changed. Would be a small maxHP%+small base damage, or currentHP%+small base damage, and you'd see people still tower diving without a problem.
