Gangplank Game Announcer

Dear Riot,

I would like to ask you if you could make an option to select the game announcer in the settings. As my Summoner name points out, I am quite a big fan of pirates and I really liked the announcer during the Bilgewater Event. I would always play with this announcer if it was possible and I think other players would choose him too over the classic lady. I don't know if this is hard to make, but I am thinking of something in the game-play menu that you have to tick to choose the announcer you prefer or maybe in the champion selection screen, like your masteries, your rune pages or your ward skins.
