To Clarify something about Zed's change in 8.7

V8.6 Razor Shuriken Razor Shuriken Secondary base damage reduced to 40 / 57.5 / 75 / 92.5 / 110 from 48 / 69 / 90 / 111 / 132. Secondary bonus AD ratio reduced to 45% bonus AD from 54%. <- NERF REMOVED: Damage being reduced on shurikens that hit the same enemy.<- Buff Death Mark Death Mark _Percentage of damage stored increased to 25 / 40 / 55% from 20 / 35 / 45%. _ <- Useless buff helps nothing besides give +150 dmg lvl 16++

V8.7 Zed Razor Shuriken (Q) secondary damage AD ratio increased from 45% to 54% secondary damage increased from 40/57/75/92/110 to 48/69/90/110/132 .

Hope this will help some people understand that this is not a buff, just a revert.
