EVE Perma invis is a horrible Mechanic

Evelynn as a champion seems out of place. I dont want to say broken because people will get the idea that I am complaining because of a loss to her. She just doesnt seem to have many apparent weaknesses. She does alot of damage with just one combat item and gets very tanky and has incredible move speed with her MS stim. Late game she can dump all of her damage on a target that cant see her until she is dead but then is also tanky and super fast so she can run away without fear of dying. Also once the other team has 6 items there is no way to establish vision of her without sacrificing an item and since there isnt a trinket pink anymore that isnt an option.

the amount of counter play to a Permanantly invisible champion that does alot of burst damage while also being tanky and fast seems like to many strengths and not enough weakness to play around.

Thoughts?

Pink wards, only cc in whole kit is a slow on her ult, Ult does current hp % dmg with no base so it cant actually kill anything, low range ability's, skill used to close a gap or keep up with her target is also only escape, only mobility skill is not a dash or blink is move speed, Horrible base damages on skils and stats(Hp,armor,ad), Horrible first clear(can die at second camp), super vulnerable to invades and more

My biggest problem with Eve's ult is you don't get a good view of her skin while it is active.

Meddler has stated that he and the team does indeed believe that her permanent stealth is a bad mechanic that makes her unable to balance. He said her pattern has either left her horribly overpowered or severely dumpstered. The mechanic consumes so much of her power budget that I'd they allow her to have damage, she takes it and runs with it. He stated this would be one of the issues they address if they choose to update her next year.

Evelynn has awful burst damage, is squishy unless she goes tanky, and any form of CC locks her down. Not to mention a high cooldown, lackluster ult to boot. She needs buffs not nerfs.
