Ranked Matchmaking seems off

First of all, I did not flame this guy, it is not his fault that he was placed in this game.

I'm playing on a smurf, and It's about p3-p2 mmr. I noticed that my jungle mundo had built Runic Echos. I thought hmm that's odd for mundo. Then, he immediately sold it and said oops. Odd mistake for a player at this mmr. we obviously lose pretty hard, and I decided to look this guy up.

He FINISHED last season at gold 4, and this is game 5 of his placement matches. I thought maybe he was on a roll. Nope he has lost every ranked game so far.

This player is being forced to play placement games vs players that are 1.5 Tiers higher than he finished best last season.

How does this make sense? I am more mad for that player because he is having a rough time because he was quite nice and understanding that he didn't belong in that game.

This isn't the first time i've seen this either. It's starting to get frustrating to play in games that are doomed from player selection. The other team gets a d4 player but i get a g4 player. How am i expected to win that game? Even smurfing, I'm not.

like this is such blatant evidence. if this was a court room for evidence of blatant matchmaking fixing and evidence like this was shown, case would be over in minutes with you winning. its sad honestly ive seen so many posts like this where OP's get attacked and called trash smurfs that cant carry when in reality match making has serious problems to the point where i honestly think its bugged.

Was about to have a 21% wr gold 3 support in a low plat game last time i played, but luckily i op.ggd and dodged it, its kinda what uve got to do this season.

i got an unrank player in my plat 1 games, i got plat 1 twice and drank twice, their matchmaking is garbage. i dont know what they did. but im done until they fix it this is unplayable..

Mabye the more players the more rng this game becomes, really this game makes me want to learn and move to Korea and proceed to play on the Korean server yikes [slayer-pantheon-popcorn]

Mundo can use any of the 4 jungle items effectively although I'd personally recommend Warrior or Runic Echoes because CDR is very nice to have as a jungle in 2019. Him selling a jungle item was just a troll move, perhaps inspired by him perceiving you as being passive aggressive.

Sad thing is even when you make heroic effort and carry the game to victory you make things worse for these poor souls, they get carried and then face more BS games where they get stomped like no tomorow draging everyone down and make palayers more salty and them more bullied. He as unrankend and max gold should never meet P+ players in game. It seem that effect of riot refusing wipe mmr after seasons people are stacking mmr and not effectively lowering mmr making them stucked in "elo hell" facing unfair games over their skill until they loose enough mmr to be put in fair game which give them enough mmr to be put in another BS game. Sorry for english :D
