Just wondering Does Crit Damage Runes help increase the Crit ashe's passive activates ? Because i was told since the crits are not coming from her basic attacks it no longer works. Some help please ? Sorry if this makes no sence i would be glad to re-explain

110 + (%Critical Strike Chance × (1 + Bonus Critical Strike Damage)) %AD or 110% + Critical Strike Chance% + (Critical Strike Chance x Critical Strike Damage)
You can see crit chance is lower than 1 and crit dmg is lower than 1.
So its not helpful on her.
only % chance crit marks worth while tbh. quints are not cost effective when you could be getting nearly 5 as instead
funny enough crit chance runes should be more popular on other adcs who wish to reach a desireable frequency sweep spot. like every other hit they crit. 33% is like having vayne's w. 25% is every 4 hit (not really reliable imagine vayne with 4th hit on w silver bolts... )
say all you have is ghostblade and IE, you might want 5% crit marks to reach 40%.
The reason i ask is because i have a 100 % crit damage page which i like to have fun with some champions such as 
and 2 shot or if i am fed 1 shot some people 
is another one with his Q ive crit 1700 and left an azir with less than 100 HP at late game
