League Patch Archives... Why can't riot keep track of hypocritical inconsistencies?

After running into a few Camille and seeing her wreck ADC's with her 2nd Q I decided to see what in the actual F**** was going on. And I landed on the original Mordekaiser rework in addition to Riot comments about his new kit when trying to figure out why this seems so out of balance with other champions with similar damage abilities.

They said he was too sticky with item 3078 so they dropped his MS to 325. Then it seems they guttered his 3rd Q doing 2x the dmg instead of 9x it did when the rework launched.

Not to mention these Full AD champs now get %HP shields or increased resistances at the press of a button, something Mordekaiser also lost which is crazy since his passive shield does not gain the benefits of his armor and MR stats (worthless and outdated passive more than anything)

Now I see Camille and some other champions who can not only dumpster an ADC, but also have free engage to the extent that "sticky" doesn't do it justice.

Does Riot keep track of these changes on sticky notes left behind in some intern's bucket for a desk? This makes no sense at all. It's almost as if there is a degree of stubbornness they have with champs where they dig their feet in the sand for better or for worse.

Sure Mordekaiser those old videos of a summoner 4 3rd Q is a bit busted but at least he has to summoner 4 and why is all this true damage nonsense for high mobility champions the "smart" thing to do?
