Is Riot happy with Mordekaiser

Because I am not. He gets shit on in every lane as every role. His kit is clearly geared towards support, but it's impossible to play when you are going against a Sona that is mashing Q. He get's dunked top by the endless sea of Riven and Darius players. I just don't even understand what they were thinking. What so you nerds think?

They clearly aren't happy with Morde. And that's a good thing, means he'll get his fair share of beneficial changes.

Why does it take so long? And even better question, why do they do stupid shit in the first place?

There is a Dev Blog on why they did it in the first place.

It is taking so long now because: a) they have limited resources - Morde isn't the only champion that needs work b) they want to get it right this time

the question is. why did he have such a high ban rate in worlds? this is just a question am not saying morde is not shit however if he gets two ad items and tank. then his can 3-2 shot any squishy with his Q. but his early-mid game is pretty fucking horrible

I have no clue about anything that goes on in the competitive scene. I've been playing for years, but I couldn't care less for tournaments. So I can't make a comment. Buuuuuut I do think it's silly to balance a character based on a very small player base.

yeah i mean every game has people that are just way better than anyone. even games like mario lol. people do stupid shit that u cant dream of doing. when you get a high score on a game and think you high up and someone has like a million times your high score. however for some reason in this game everybody thinks that this game should be treated as a sport and not a game that millions play and should be worked for the you know. pro players. the 1% up top. its dumb.

He was perma-ban on Worlds, because back then, he was in completely broken state. The exp passive was just unbelievably broken (it still kinda is, but not as much) and his 3rd Q was devastating. Now, after W exp passive nerf and the change of Q mechanics, he is... hmm, I can't really say balanced... not broken anymore?

Because he was broken as hell and the Pros had little experience dealing with him.

Now that his artificial strengths got nerfed, he is pretty bad since unfair advantages are the only thing he has going on for him. The Mordekaiser players tried to warn this is what would happen, but Riot didnt listen.

I don't know how it is with skilled Rivens in high elo, but I actually wreck Rivens in my elo. Now I know I am low elo, I certainly haven't played against really good Riven who could animation cancel.

They should have never touched morde in the juggernaut patch........he was one of my favorite champions. Now they can't balance him one way or the other.
